I Started Taking Levofloxacin 500 Mg Tab ZYD Once A

I started taking levofloxacin 500 mg tab ZYD once a day for 7 days.I took last one today about 11:00. I was originally prescribed Augmentin for chronic bronchitis that would not go away. At the time I WAS PRESCRIBED Augmentin, I was coughing up huge amounts of green flem and also through my nose when I blew it. This morning when I got out of bed, my left knee was a little bit sore. I have a desk job so I don't walk much during the day. The soreness did not really bother me at all until about 3:30 pm . I was at my desk when I suddenly felt a severely sharp pain in my left knee. The entire knee area front, back, sides felt severely swollen and extremely tight and would not bend or move. When I got up to walk, I couldn't bear any weight on it. I was able to walk after about an hour by limping and not putting much on leg. I hve been using a crutch to assist me in getting around for a couple hours. I am trying not to use leg or move at all. Could this be a side effect of this antibiotic. Should I call my primary care doctor tomorrow to let him know? Should I elevate it?
