I Started Taking Lexapro For Anxiety 4 Days Ago And

I started taking lexapro for anxiety 4 days ago and decided the side bad effects outweighed my anxiety. Its my first day off and i took 5htp (not knowing they cant be taken together) and now im extremely nauseous, my head is spinninh, im shaking, and i cant eat or drink anything. What should i do?
