I Started Taking Metronidazole. 400mg Times 3 Daily For Last

I started taking metronidazole. 400mg times 3 daily for last three days. tonight I took 500 mg erythromycin.about one hour after I started to feel hot, clammy and dizzy and my neck was sore. I had to lay down. iT passed after about one hour but sore neck remains. wHat do you advise about continuing to take tablets etc. tHank you
