I Started Taking Norethisterone Yesterday After Consulted Doctor As I

I started taking norethisterone yesterday after consulted doctor as I started to have spotting since 18th Aug. My mense suppose to be on 24th based on 28 days cycles.
However, after taking the pills, I'm still having spotting with occasionally blood trail/discharge.And I am flying off to a vacations tomorrow.
please advise. Thank you
