I Started Taking Two New Medications Recently, And This Morning

I started taking two new medications recently, and this morning I woke up with extemely puffy eyes, red puffy rash on face, itchy rash around perimeter of face. I looked up tirosint and it looks like those are common side effects, so that is probably the culprint. however, i also am just beginning to take cannabidiol so wondered what the common side effects might be for that.
