I Started Testosterone Cypionate Injections 8 Weeks Ago. I Am

I started testosterone cypionate injections 8 weeks ago. I am a 44 year old male. I was injecting 200 mg every 2 weeks. Before my 4th injection I had my testosterone measured. It was 121 ng/dL and free at 26.4 pg/mL. My total was down from 187 ng/dL. My initial LH was 4.4 mIU/mL and FSH was 11.7 mIU/ML. I have stopped my injections per my PCP's advice and have my first endocrine appointment in 2 weeks. Why might my testosterone levels have dropped this much? Also does it sound like I have secondary hypogonadism? My PCP seemed to think it was primary. Any feedback would be appreciated.
