I Started To Have A Feeling Of Weakness/numbness In My

I started to have a feeling of weakness/numbness in my left arm and brain fog a few hours before my period started. It continues to be on and off as my period continues. I did a nasal rinse thinking that it was a sinus infection. Now I am on day 4 of my period and I started having sinus pressure along with the weak/numb sensation on and off in my left arm and legs. I also have been having twitching in my left eye twitch every few days. I was wondering if it is associated with a sinus infection? Please share your perspective. Thank you
