I Started To Have Pain In My Throat 3 Days

I started to have pain in my throat 3 days before and my doc started antibiotic for me telling its tonsilitis. After 2 days of medicine, my pain increased and tonisl have white streaks on them more on right tonsil. I have horrible pain through out night. My doc started me on augmentine 625 now, had 2dose but pain and swelling still there. During this time I also observed a slight swell below ear , end of jawline.
I had tonsilitis before and also tonsil stones, but din last this far ever

I have a submandibular swelling 1-2 cm for last 3.5 years( no other symptoms or pain in this gland, it keeps getting smaller and larger in size)
