I Started To Take A Pain Relief Called Zapain 30/500

I started to take a pain relief called Zapain 30/500 caps last evening, now taken three doses. This morning started to feel sick but did not vomit. Now, about 30mins ago I vomited a huge amount of dark drown vomit, what does this indicate. I have only eaten porridge for breakfast today it is now 18.37 evening
