I Started Today With Spells Of Freezing Even Though It

I started today with spells of freezing even though it was hot. I have no fever. Now, I am no longer freezing but have a burning sensation and urge to itch my waistline area. I have no redness or rash. I am very uncomfortable and experiencing some pain. Sleep doesn't seem possible. Thank you for your help!
