I Started Trisptintec And I Was On The 3 Day

I started trisptintec and i was on the 3 day of my last blue pills when i started to have brown spotting..it lasted for 2 days then it stopped then the next day i was bleeding but its not my usual flow usually with trisptintec (ive taken it before)..its much lighter. Is it possible im pregnant but still bleeding because of the pills?
