I Started With A Pain About 1/2 Way Between My

I started with a pain about 1/2 way between my collar bone & the top of my right breast. Now its an ache & it's moved to the middle of my upper chest. I'm tired also, but no other symptoms. This started late afternoon & I feel it when I breathe real deep or bend over to pick up something off the floor. Any ideas?
