I Started With A Pain In The Left Side Of

I started with a pain in the left side of my throat. Eventually pain went up the side of the back of my head. As time went on pain is in the nape of my neck, the base of my skull and up the back of my head. I also have frontal headaches, lightheaded almost dizzy, nauseaous all the time. This has been for seven months now. Doctor did cat scan on head and found everything negative. Tried steroid nerve block on Occiptal Nerve, oral steroids, anti-biotics, an presently for the past week on cimbalta. The cimbalta is making me even dizzier and more nauseous. I feel like he is just bandaiding the problem and treating the symptons instead of the problem. What type of doctor would I need for this and should the cimbalta be causing me so much discomfort to the point where I am not able to function?
