I Started With A Tsh Of 5.96(h) And A Normal

I started with a tsh of 5.96(h) and a normal t4. My free t3 was 1.89(l). I took synthroid 40mcg a day and cytomel 5mcg. Things became normal with my tsh after 3 months and my free t3 was getting better. 4 more months went buy and i am the worst I have ever felt in my life. I am so miserable. My tsh is now .12(l) but my t3 also began decreasing. It was last checked at 2.09(l) and falling. The majority of my symptoms are that of hypo even though my tsh is hyper. I think it is quite obvious that I am being over treated looking at my TSH but what about my free t3 then? How come it is getting even lower? It makes me think that my t4 isn't converting to t3? Please help.
