I Started With Pain In My Lower Right Abdomen, Below

I started with pain in my lower right abdomen, below the waist line that cam on about 0400 yesterday. As the evening progressed, the pain grew and I started getting stabbing pain periodically that kept me awake. I was finally able to sleep some at 0100 -0600 but was restless and awoke drenched in sweat. At work today the pain wat a 4 to 5 constanst with the occasional stabbing at about an 8. I have have no problem with urnation or bowel movements except that I had diareha 2x this am. I tokk 800mg Ibuprophen at about 1100 which took the edge off. No more stabbing. The pain in now increasing again. Not sure what I should do.
