I Stepped Down From A Truck Today ( Exiting The

I stepped down from a truck today ( exiting the vehicle) and had an almost explosive pain through the middle of my left foot. Since then, it's felt like a severe cramp , but not subsiding . After some rest and elevation, it feels worse, more stiff/tight and painful. any suggestions?
