I Stepped On A Earring Two Months Ago And The

I stepped on a earring two months ago and the back went all the way into my foot about two inches under my pinkie toe. I had just wiped the blood off and wore my sneakers and continue to walk around bare foot over the course of time thinking it would get better. The spot still hurts and has gotten hard. What should I do please?
