I Stepped On A Kinda Dirty Blade Almost Two Weeks

I stepped on a kinda dirty blade almost two weeks ago it's healing fine I think but I don't know if I should get a tetanus shot. It was pretty deep I believe. No stiff jaw or muscle spasms. I did puke today but I've been sick on and off for a couple months as well.
