I Stepped On A Nail About To Years Ago And

I stepped on a nail about to years ago and ever since then I've had a hole in my big toe I've tried everything to get it to heal but nothing works it smells like rotten flesh the hole is about the size of a dime and tappers of about a half inch deep it doesn't hurt and hasn't since it happened is there any way to get it to heal thanks
