I Stepped On A Pointy Wooden Dollhouse Bed And When

I stepped on a pointy wooden dollhouse bed and when I fell I rolled onto my toes. I went to the nurse practitioner today and he said my one toe has a first degree sprain and a second degree sprain. Underneath my foot is swollen too from the pointy bed. I have a pair of very thick socks on and two blankets on and my foot is still freezing cold but my other one is warm. It's tingling all the way up to knee too.
