I Stepped On A Rock 2 Years Ago I Believe

I stepped on a rock 2 years ago i believe it got imbedded in my foot. it hasnt properly healed. its callused over and pains when direct pressure is applied. ive actually dug it out a few time hoping to find the rock closer to the surface but have had no luck
