I Stepped On A Staple Outside My House. It Went

I stepped on a staple outside my house. it went about 3mm deep. only able to bleed it out 7 hours later after I tried to put pressure on it several times. Didn't cleaned it after getting punctured.Only hurts when i press on it and I can still walk. My last tetanus shot was more than a decade ago. Im 22 years old male.
can get tetanus from this?
