I Stopped Birth Control On July 18th For Being On

I stopped birth control on July 18th for being on it for well over 7 years. i have not gotten my period since JUne 26th. Never got it on the pill in July and it is now 8-15 and still nothing I have very sore nipples started a few days ago does this mean i am pregnant i took three tests recently and they were all negative
