I Stopped Smoking At 23 Years Old, After Three And

I stopped smoking at 23 years old, after three and a half years. I stayed quit for 4 years adnd 7 months. Unfortunately, in June of 2015 due to stress, loss of job, and fear of eviction. I smoked for 7 month. I am now 28. I noticed a little red bump in the back part of my cheek? Should I be concerned?
