I Stopped Taking Duphaston For 2 Or 3 Days. My

I stopped taking Duphaston for 2 or 3 days. My OB advised me to take 2 tabs per day. Im 9 weeks pregnant. I hadspotting after the intercourse. Its been 2 days now and there is spotting. There was pain in my lower abdomen on the 1st night only. Will everything be alright? My last ultrasound heartbeat of baby is fine. Should I stop worrying?
