I Stopped Taking Birth Control About A Month Ago At

I stopped taking birth control about a month ago at the beginning of the pack and had unprotected sex throughout the next 2 weeks. I just took a blood test today and waiting on results but was wondering why i have had an increase in needing to poop. I haven't been eating any differently and was wondering if it could be a symptom of stopping my pills or being pregnant?
