I Stopped Taking Lexipro And Litiaum 5 Days Ago ,not

I stopped taking lexipro and litiaum 5 days ago ,not all at once I weaned myself, now I feel nausea and dizzy ,tired , and sometimes I vomit without warning is there anything I can take to stop feeling this way . I called my doctor early but the girls in the office forgot to send a script to my pharmacy and now I will have to wait till Friday when my doctor will be in the office again please help.
