I Stopped Taking My Birth Control After About 10 Years

I stopped taking my Birth Control after about 10 years of being on and off some sort of pill. Today I had a long day and I got home and blead everywhere. It was so bad it went down my legs. I cleaned it all up and put a super tampon in and blead through it and all over myself in less than an hour. I did drink some alcohol during this, and I drink almost every night. I may not be as healthy as I should be but should I go to the ER for something like this? The blood seems to just not stop!
