I Stopped Taking My Pill For Two Months, I Started

I stopped taking my pill for two months, I started it again about a week and a half ago but kept forgetting so id take one, forget the next day, take two the day after, forget the day after that and then take two the day after that, the past few days I've had brown discharge which I've never had before and in the past I've missed pills and taken two, never as bad as this packet though but never had brown discharge, is this normal? I'm on microgynon 30
