I Stressed Alot Before This And My Husband Stimulated Alot

I stressed alot before this and my husband stimulated alot my nipples like whole week. After i realized one drop milk from my one nipple after i test other one i squuezed it and milk came from that nipple too. I tested prolactin, fsh and Lh all are in normal range. But when I squeeze my both nipple milk come out. What should i do? How it stops?
