I Stretched My Ears From A 12 Gauge To A

I stretched my ears from a 12 gauge to a 10 gauge with double flared tunnels (surgical steel) and one of them is perfectly fine. The other however is a normal color, pain free yet swollen and slightly hard. I took one ibprofen (400 mg) about 45 mins ago and it hasnt helped yet. While i was stretching both of them bled slightly. I am concerned I might get a blow out or have damage. What should I do from here?
