I Stubbed My Big Toe On A Cement Block Yesterday

I stubbed my big toe on a cement block yesterday morning and it still hurts. There is no swelling but there is a bruise under the toenail that has been there since yesterday and I've been having some difficultly putting pressure on it. I've been icing it ever since I hurt it but the pain has not subsided. What should I do?
