I Stubbed My Great Toe 5 Days Ago. The Nail

I stubbed my great toe 5 days ago. The nail turned backward somewhat. Much pain. The nail turned white after the bruising decreased. I have soaked my foot in salt water (1 cup epson salt per 1 gal water) every other day. The nail bed is still swollen under the nail creating pressure pain. The nail seems a little loose and I feel that it may fall off eventually....but I don't know. What do you think? Should I do anything else as a home remedy?
