I stumbled, fell, and landed hard on both my feet about t
5 years ago. I was barefoot and took about a 3 foot fall on concrete. I iced both feet immediately and continued doing so off and on a good 6 to 8 hours. There was bruising and swelling in both feet. I never went to the doctor to have them looked at or x-rayed. My feet hurt quite a bit for several days, then became tender for another 2 to 3 weeks. Over the past 2 years, I have been developing bumps along the long bone that runs the length of the bottom of your foot. I have 2 bumps, one quite large, on my left foot and 2 smaller bumps on my right foot. The bumps are getting larger and have become quite painful. I do regret not going to a doctor at the time of injury. Is this a case for a podiatrist? I do have a primary care physician. Thank you for any help and guidance.
