I Submitted A Petition For A Psychiatric Evaluation For My

I submitted a petition for a psychiatric evaluation for my 21 year old son, because he did not voluntarily agreed to evaluation and possible treatment, and it was denied; so the hospital submitted a second petition to the court. We have been waiting at the hospital for almost 8 days., The nurses have told us that likely, my son will be transferred to the Urgent Psychiatric Clinic in Phoenix. My son had told the nurses several times that he agrees to eval and tx if necessary but he wants to go to Aurora Behavioral Clinic in Tempe, AZ. The nurses say is too late, and he does not get to choose the facility. I have read the UPC reviews and they are very scary. I am feeling extremely guilty having filed a petition and agreed with the hospital about the second petition. At what point can my son get to choose or recommend the facility?
