I Suddenly Have Very Cold Feet. They Keep Me Awake

I suddenly have very cold feet. They keep me awake at night. Pain is mostly in the ankles and on top of the instep. My feet do not look blue and do not feel cold to the touch. I had cervical spinal stenosis surgery in July. Also have a bone spur in L5.
