I Suddenly Started Pain Beneath My Toes And Back Side

I suddenly started pain beneath my toes and back side of the neck for which doctor prescribed me vitcofol injection. After somedays I hate some chaat and suddenly after an hour got a serious gastric problem. Some how managed by having pentocid dsr. But the problem in my neck doubled and also my right hand become numb and started tingling. Right now I having neurobion forte for blood circulation. Plz help me out of these problem
