I Suddenly Stopped Taking 10 Mgs Of Aderal Per Day

I suddenly stopped taking 10 mgs of aderal per day and 5 mgs of lorazepam per night. My new doctor wont prescribe it for me. Wants to put me on an antidepressant. I stopped everything and since then have been crying several times a day, feeling very depressed. Is this normal withdraw symptoms? Will it go away? I don't want to start a new antidepressant.
