I Suffer Ed Since I Was 24 Y/o.Now I Am

I suffer Ed since I was 24 y/o.Now I am 57
I cn only have an erection with viagra or cialis.
I recently had shockwave treatment with the medispec device and my morning erections are coming back intermittently-
I also changed my diet to a vegan(plant based).
My problem started after long distance bicycle rides.
At that time had numbness that last several minutes.
After having that episodes I started having ED.
The urology exams did not show circulatory problems.
Few years ago, my endocrinolgist told me that my T levels were very low (160)
she put me on clomiphene citrate and my numbers went up.
She discontinued the medication for 3 months and pretty soon i will go for a lab test.
I am married and I don't psychological problems and I am physically fit.
Never had pudendal neuralgia.My diet used to be high in meat intake.
SO i am not sure what happened to me.
I suspect that my penile artery was damaged in the alcock canal but nobody could tell.
