I Suffer From A-Fib. And COPD. I Have Beeen Hospiltized

I suffer from A-Fib. and COPD. I have beeen hospiltized twice with anxiety attacks. (I know are caused by my thinking I cant breath and my heart palpating at a rapid pace) I would give anything not to worry about a stroke or whatever. What does it take to be considered for cardio surgery for this. I am 77, weigh 112 lbs am 5'3" and do not smoke or drink.
