I Suffer From Hypoglycemia W/out Symptoms At All. It Happens

I suffer from Hypoglycemia w/out symptoms at all. It happens during sleep. When roommates is able to come and help, my right side of my body doesn't function properly. I'm unable to get out of bed, sit, stand, or walk. My right side of body shakes uncontrollably. What's wrong with me?
