I Suffer From IBS, And Now Have Had Loose Stools

I suffer from IBS, and now have had loose stools for a couple of days, especially in the afternoon/evening with some nausea. I'm also peeing very frequently. Temperature at times 37.3 or a couple of points over or under. Could it be a bladder infection
