I Suffer From PTSD From Military Related Service And It

I suffer from PTSD from military related service and it may be causing a problem in my marriage. My wife says that I scream and disrespect her when problems arise between us. She asks me for an answer as to why I do this and it seems I have no answer other than what I can explain what it feels like I black out during confrontation and lash out at her. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
