I Suffer From A Haglund Deformity Left Heel With Tendonitis

I suffer from a haglund deformity left heel with tendonitis very osinfull..but I fell the other day and hurt a snap did not hit my ankle but now the pain is gone but I have significant bruising in the back and around my ankle with numbness and a lame foot but can stand but walk with difficulty. Did I tear something?
