I Suffer From Bloating...sometimes Different Foods Effect It More..like Beer...

I suffer from bloating...sometimes different foods effect it more..like beer... I bindg eat sometimes late at night... I take good aftermarket neturients but seem to have a issue with the floria in my gut staying big while the rest of my body is fine ....any help,,,quit binge eating?? Jesse
