I Suffer From Chronic Migraines, My Neurosurgeon Has Prescribed Me

I suffer from chronic migraines, my neurosurgeon has prescribed me fioricet which I take twice a day. I have a cyst in my pineal gland that is 13 millimeters in size I have been taking the fioricet for a year now and it doesn't seem to be working nearly as well as before. Is there something else that would be better suited for me that I could take on a daily basis considering I deal with the headaches and migraines on a daily basis?
