I Suffer From Dibilitating Migraines So Much So That My

I suffer from dibilitating migraines so much so that my face droops on one side. I have noticed lately that the veins in my arms, legs and hands will all of a sudden become quite enlarged and very blue. I generally feel quite dizzy when this happens. I should also mention that I tested positive for auto-immune, but drs can not figure out what the problem is... Any help you can give me would be most appreciated. K
