I Suffer From Fibromyalgia N Lupus Of The Muscles. I

I suffer from fibromyalgia n lupus of the muscles. I just had blood work done and the dr adjusted my Synthroid medicine I sleep well I take my high blood pressure meds but I suffer daily for no energy and I have gained weight my tiredness has affected my every day life foggy in the brain irritability and just can't finish my regular routine is there some other bloodwork I should get see or what else should I get done I am very frustrated with all of this and don't even want to leave the house cause I'm so tired
