I Suffer From Hemifacial Spasm, Which Appears To Be The

I suffer from hemifacial spasm, which appears to be the result of trauma to the face ( I broke my nise running into a glass door!) which occurred during an emotionally demanding time. I have been dealing with this for ten years. Massage alleviates it but it persists and can be bad enough to awaken me. I do not want to use botox! Is there a homeathic treatment? Thanks,
