I Suffer From Icthyosis Vulgaris Since Birth. Now Along With

I suffer from icthyosis vulgaris since birth. now along with this i suffer from kidney problem like stone and infection. i have also white color changes and dryness on penis area but it disaaper automatically when i apply oinment over there. what should i do ? sometimes i get depressed because of dry scaly itching skin over my whole body including genital part.
